  2. We do collect personal information, technical data, and user data in order to provide the services you purchase and use.<\/li>\n
  3. We do not keep personal information any longer than required to perform the agreed upon services or provide any products you have purchased.<\/li>\n
  4. We do our best to comply with DPA (Data Protection Act), PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). But let’s be honest, even our attorney doesn’t understand all of these ridiculous regulations.<\/li>\n
  5. If you want us to remove your information from our systems, simply let us know via email at help@thecopywriterclub.com and we’ll delete it all. (Note: doing this will remove your access to our products).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    THE COPYWRITER CLUB LLC and its owners and agents will make every reasonable effort to protect your privacy when you\u2019re using our site. We ask that you do your best to help us help you by keeping your account secure.<\/p>\n

    Website Visitors<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Like most website operators, THE COPYWRITER CLUB LLC, collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, information like your browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use our website and to improve your user experience.<\/p>\n

    THE COPYWRITER CLUB may also collect information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our sites.<\/p>\n

    Gathering Personally-Identifying Information<\/span><\/h4>\n

    Certain visitors to THE COPYWRITER CLUB\u2019s websites choose to interact with THE COPYWRITER CLUB in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account to provide a username and email address. Those who engage in transactions with THE COPYWRITER CLUB are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions.     Other organizations we may share your information with in order to serve you better include Ontraport, PayPal, and Stripe. Each has publicly stated that they are compliant with data protection laws.<\/p>\n

    THE COPYWRITER CLUB may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, THE COPYWRITER CLUB may monitor contributions to our site(s) and display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, THE COPYWRITER CLUB does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.<\/p>\n

THE COPYWRITER CLUB uses cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of our website, and their website access preferences.
