Bidadari is located between Woodleigh (in case you suaku, super near Serangoon) and Potong Pasir MRT , and Mt Vernon will eventually make way for its expansion. The Bidadari BTO first scheduled for an August launch but I think they forgot that it was the seventh month (check out the surroundings man). No la, kidding. It’s probably so that all the new income ceilings and schemes can kick in. That also means more competition for me…
They say hor, that it could cost up to $600,000 for a five-room flat in Bidadari. So, I went to check if I have enough in my CPF account.
Don’t say bojio. Go to the CPF website, log in using your Singpass and look for your ordinary account balance (special account cannot be used for HDB downpayment). The downpayment would be 10% of the total cost of your flat.
I turned on my Google Map and checked. Yah, sibei kiasu, I know. My girlfriend’s parents stay 2.7km away. Missed by 0.7km. Suay.
